AUSTRALIA SHIPPING ONLY!

Processing time:

All custom tumblers are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping time:

Once dispatched, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within Australia. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier:

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our tumblers, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you and therefore cannot be resold.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
